Over six weeks, you’ll gain the real-world knowledge and tools to serve as a trusted Patient Lending Specialist™ for dental, medical, aesthetic, or veterinary practices.

You’ll learn how to:
→Lead ethical, compliant patient-financing conversations that build trust
→Understand and explain the full lending spectrum — installment, revolving, and promotional programs
→Protect patients and providers through UDAAP, Reg B, and TILA awareness
→Help providers increase case acceptance through better communication and confidence
→Approach and collaborate with local offices to offer your services as their dedicated Patient Lending Specialist™

Duration: 6 weeks
Schedule: 12 live, 1-hour classes (2 per week)

• Present patient lending as a compliant community partnership opportunity

• Build lender relationships that expand access and strengthen provider trust

Earning & Maintaining Your Certificate

To earn your certificate:

1. Attend all live sessions and complete assignments

2. Pass the final exam (if you show up and do the work, you won’t fail)

3. Submit a short provider-outreach plan demonstrating applied learning

4. Pass a national criminal background check (required before certificate issuance)

To maintain your certificate annually:

• Renewal required once per year to ensure alignment with Finance Rx® ethical and compliance standards

• Annual renewal fee: $997
